I wanted to thank you for the job you and your team are doing for us with cash pickup and change service.
As you know, I was continually frustrated with our previous supplier not going directly to my bank which not only breached my insurance requirements but also meant that my cash was ending up in branches all over Melbourne. This often meant that my money was not credited to my account until the next day. If there was a problem with the deposit it took days to find out which branch had the deposit and I would be dealing with people I did not know.
The process you have with the sealed security wallet for change orders is very good and takes out any questions about security of money. I would also like to complement you on the professionalism of your people.
